Structure of C Purlin Roll Forming Machine
This C Purlin machine could produce C profile with three different dimensions, it consists of 5 tons manually decoiler, straighten rollers, forming rollers, hydraulic cutting device, PLC controller and stacker.
Working Process
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → straighten → rolling & forming → hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
