This roll forming machine consists of chain driven transmission (gearbox transmission is also available), forming rollers, mainframe (including guiding platform), hydraulic holes punching system, hydraulic cutting device, hydraulic station, electric controller and stacker.

Coiler loading → feeding-in with adjustable rollers guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → hydraulic holes punching → rolling & forming →hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
