Structure of Ridge Cap Roll Forming Machine

This ridge cap forming machine consists of 3 tons decoiler, gearing, forming rollers, mainframe(including guiding platform), cutting device, controller, hydraulic system and stacker.

Working Process
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) →rolling & forming→ hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
